26 October 2026
PSG manager Luis Enrique has confirmed that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will miss the remainder of the season following the anterior cruciate ligament injury he sustained against Barcelona. The Georgian winger was an important contributor to PSG’s consecutive Champions League titles.
Enrique acknowledged the seriousness of Kvaratskhelia’s injury and said the club would support his rehabilitation. Despite losing the winger, Enrique indicated PSG do not necessarily need to sign a replacement, expressing confidence in the existing squad. The team face Lyon in Ligue 1 with an opportunity to improve their position near the top of the standings.
