Chelsea, FC Dallas and Benji Flowers

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign 15-year-old United States youth international Benji Flowers from FC Dallas when he turns 18. The initial fee is about $3m and could rise to around $10m.
The structure includes add-ons linked to FC Dallas minutes and youth national-team milestones before Flowers even moves to Chelsea. The deal could surpass Cavan Sullivan’s pre-arranged move to Manchester City if incentives are triggered.
