Mamelodi Sundowns won their second African Champions League title after a 1-1 draw with AS FAR secured a 2-1 aggregate victory. Teboho Mokoena’s first-half strike restored their advantage in Rabat.
AS FAR had a chance to revive the final from the penalty spot, but Ronwen Williams saved Mohamed Hrimat’s second attempt. Sundowns then survived late pressure to claim their first continental title since 2016.
