Richarlison’s proposed return to Everton has stalled after the Brazil forward failed to agree personal terms with his former club. Everton are understood to have offered Tottenham £35 million, but his expected Merseyside return is now unlikely to happen.
The failed personal agreement also disrupted Tottenham’s planned move for Iliman Ndiaye, who is instead heading toward Manchester City. Richarlison said he wanted to return to Everton but would not allow others to decide his future or negotiations.
