The Romanian Football Federation has introduced a black card in youth football to combat abusive behaviour by parents and spectators. The rule applies to age groups from seven to 16 and allows referees to permanently stop matches when misconduct continues.

Officials first issue a warning, then can suspend play for 10 minutes and send both teams to the dressing rooms. If abuse resumes after the restart, a third warning triggers the black card, ending the match definitively and visibly.
