Manchester City, Lille and Ayyoub Bouaddi

Manchester City are in advanced negotiations with Lille for Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi after agreeing personal terms with the 18-year-old. Talks are reportedly centred around an €80m transfer as City prepare for Rodri’s expected departure to Barcelona.
Bouaddi emerged as one of Morocco’s standout players at the World Cup and City want him immediately rather than in a future window. Enzo Maresca confirmed further signings are planned, while Lille have lowered discussions from an earlier valuation near €100m.
