Nottingham Forest have reportedly submitted a near-£25 million bid for Arsenal midfielder Fabio Vieira, who impressed during a loan spell at Hamburg. Forest are looking to strengthen midfield after securing European football and rebuilding their squad.
Vieira struggled to establish himself at Arsenal but revived his market value in Germany, making him a realistic Premier League target. Forest may also look at Davide Frattesi, but the Vieira bid gives the story clearer substance.
