Yves Bissouma and Ajax

Ajax have reached an agreement with free-agent midfielder Yves Bissouma, who is in Amsterdam undergoing a medical. The former Tottenham player is set to sign a contract running until mid-2027, with an option for an additional year.
Ajax moved after Bissouma remained unsigned beyond the transfer deadline following his Tottenham departure. The Mali midfielder made 111 appearances for Spurs after arriving from Brighton, and the proposed deal would add another experienced free agent to Ajax’s rebuilt squad.
