A majority of clubs involved in talks over Morocco’s top division have backed a proposal to abolish relegation and expand the league. The uploaded report says 17 clubs supported the plan while several others either rejected it or abstained.
The proposal still faces legal and regulatory obstacles before any format change can be implemented next season. Opposition from several clubs means the federation and professional league must resolve procedural issues rather than treating the majority vote as automatic approval.
