Bayern Munich have announced an investment partnership with German industrial group Viessmann, reportedly worth €250 million. The transaction gives Viessmann a minority stake of approximately 6.7% in the club’s operating company and strengthens Bayern’s financial position.

Viessmann joins Adidas, Audi and Allianz as an external shareholder, while the parent club retains majority control. Max Viessmann is expected to join Bayern’s supervisory board. Club president Herbert Hainer said the investment would improve Bayern’s financial flexibility and support future development. The two organisations also plan to expand cooperation in sustainability, international operations and digital technology.
