Spain, Luis de la Fuente, Jacobo Ramón, Álvaro Valles and Marc Roca
6 November 2026
Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has named his Nations League squad for matches against the Czech Republic and England. Como defender Jacobo Ramón receives his first senior call-up alongside several returning players.
Injuries affecting Rodri, Eric García and Dani Olmo have forced changes to the squad. Las Palmas goalkeeper Álvaro Valles and Real Betis midfielder Marc Roca are included, while Pablo Barrios and Ander Barrenetxea return. Spain have won all four group matches and already qualified for the quarterfinals. Their remaining fixtures will determine whether they secure first place and a favourable knockout-stage schedule.
Why It Matters
Spain must manage important midfield absences while protecting their Nations League group lead ahead of facing England.
