Arsenal defender William Saliba has returned to full training after approximately three and a half months sidelined by a back injury. Arteta says the France international feels ready to play again.
Saliba completed 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors match before joining first-team training ahead of Arsenal’s Champions League meeting with Slavia Prague. He has not played since France’s World Cup semi-final against Spain. Summer signing Konsa has impressed alongside Gabriel Magalhães during his absence, leaving Arteta with additional defensive options.
