Brazil, Carlo Ancelotti, Estêvão and Vinícius Júnior
29 October 2026
Brazil manager Carlo Ancelotti has announced a youth-focused squad for November’s friendlies against Japan and Singapore. The selection includes 15 players under 23 as Brazil rebuild following their disappointing 2026 World Cup campaign.
Ancelotti retained Chelsea youngster Estêvão despite limited club appearances and included established players such as Vinícius Júnior, Raphinha and Bruno Guimarães. Several veterans, including Alisson Becker, were omitted as the coaching staff evaluates younger options. Brazil will face Japan on 14 November before meeting Singapore on 17 November, with both matches taking place at Singapore’s National Stadium.
