PSG Pull Out Of Zion Suzuki Deal

Paris Saint-Germain, Parma and Zion Suzuki
Saturday

Paris Saint-Germain’s proposed €35m move for Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki has collapsed despite the clubs and player previously reaching agreements. PSG reportedly ended negotiations after Suzuki’s representatives introduced additional financial demands concerning commissions during the final stages of the deal.

Suzuki had already been booked to travel to Paris for a medical before negotiations broke down. PSG considered the new demands excessive and abandoned the transfer, leaving Matvey Safonov and Lucas Chevalier as their existing senior goalkeeping options.
