After Germany’s World Cup exit
Jamal Musiala has undergone planned routine surgery after returning from World Cup duty with Germany. Bayern Munich said the procedure was not linked to a fresh injury and forms part of his long-term medical management.
The operation follows last year’s fibula fracture and ankle dislocation suffered against Paris Saint-Germain at the Club World Cup. Bayern expect Musiala to follow a structured pre-season programme and be ready for the new campaign.
