Casemiro’s proposed Inter Miami move has been delayed by an MLS discovery rights dispute involving LA Galaxy. The departing Manchester United midfielder reportedly prefers Miami and the chance to link up with Lionel Messi in Florida.
LA Galaxy registered interest first and are seeking compensation before Miami can finalise the deal, according to reports. Similar MLS disputes are often solved through allocation money, leaving Casemiro’s destination dependent on club-to-club agreement this summer.
