Daniel Kretinsky is set to become West Ham’s largest shareholder after agreeing key terms to buy shares from the Gold family. The deal would lift his stake to about 43 percent, above David Sullivan’s 38.8 percent holding.

Kretinsky and Vanessa Gold said they were deeply concerned by allegations against Sullivan and want to stabilise the relegated club. They said fresh financing, fan engagement and an immediate Premier League return under Nuno Espirito Santo are now priorities.
