USMNT supporter groups criticised FIFA after learning their World Cup tickets are spread across multiple upper-deck sections. Fans said the layout will make chants, banners and coordinated support harder during home tournament matches, including the opener at SoFi Stadium.
The affected tickets came from FIFA’s limited low-cost supporter allocation, distributed through U.S. Soccer’s supporter groups. American Outlaws members said the late seat assignments hurt months of planning for drums, displays and unified matchday atmosphere.
