The latest honour is his 12th overall and moves him clear in third place on the competition’s all-time list. Guardiola earned the award after guiding Manchester City through a strong February run that delivered 13 points from the final four league matches. Victories over Liverpool, Fulham, Newcastle and Leeds kept City firmly in the title race and helped him beat rivals including Michael Carrick and Arne Slot.
