Gabriel Jesus, Barcelona and Arsenal

Gabriel Jesus has passed his Barcelona medical after the club agreed a €10 million move with Arsenal. The supplied GOAL report says Barcelona have completed the signing and changed the original two-year-plus-option arrangement into a fixed three-year contract.
Jesus arrived after recovering from a serious knee injury that kept him out for around 11 months and told reporters his knee was fully recovered. Barcelona view the 29-year-old as an experienced central option and are expected to give him the number nine shirt.
