Gabriel Jesus, Barcelona and Arsenal

Barcelona have reached an agreement with Arsenal to sign Gabriel Jesus for around €10 million plus bonuses. The 29-year-old Brazil striker has permission to travel for a Monday medical and is expected to sign a two-year contract with an additional option.
Barcelona moved for Jesus after Atletico Madrid refused to sell Julian Alvarez. Arsenal have Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyokeres ahead of him, while Barcelona needed another specialist striker after the summer departures of Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres.
