Jens Berthel Askou left Motherwell to become Toulouse head coach after guiding the Scottish club to fourth place and European football. Motherwell agreed compensation, while Askou described his year at Fir Park as an amazing journey.
Askou replaces Carles Martinez Novell at Toulouse after raising expectations and attendances at Motherwell. The club will now restart its data-led manager search, with Conference League qualifiers already waiting for the next head coach in July.
