FC Koln striker Thijs Dallinga has suffered a cruciate ligament injury that will keep him out for several months and could effectively end his season. The Netherlands international was injured during Saturday’s friendly against local rivals Viktoria Koln.
Koln confirmed the serious knee injury after the match. Dallinga is on loan from Bologna with an option for a permanent transfer, leaving uncertainty over whether the 26-year-old has already made his final appearance for the German club.
