Arsenal have suffered a double injury setback after Piero Hincapié and Martín Zubimendi sustained ankle injuries during a training session following their 2-1 victory over Leeds United. Both players will miss the Champions League meeting with Lille.
The injuries occurred during a planned post-match session for players requiring additional training minutes. Both underwent further assessment, with Arteta describing Hincapié’s problem as potentially more serious. Arsenal have not confirmed their recovery timelines, while William Saliba remains several weeks from returning.
