Barcelona’s 2025-26 accounts show financial debt reached €1.84 billion by the end of June despite revenue topping €1 billion. The club then issued another €105 million in senior notes, putting total borrowing close to the €2 billion mark.
Barcelona still posted a €17.8 million after-tax loss and face major future repayments, while interest payments exceeded €90 million last season. More than €1.2 billion of the debt relates to Espai Barca, with further refinancing expected as maturities approach.
