Kevin Kelsy has successfully completed his Rangers medical as the club works to finalise a potential $13 million transfer from Portland Timbers. The 22-year-old Venezuela striker had travelled to Europe with only medical checks and final details outstanding.
Kelsy’s medical represents a hard step forward from the earlier agreement stage. His expected arrival could also free Rangers to let Bojan Miovski leave, with Feyenoord enquiring about a possible move for the North Macedonia striker.
