Iliman Ndiaye, Manchester City and Everton

Manchester City have agreed a deal worth up to £65 million for Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye. The package is £60 million plus £5 million in add-ons, and the Senegal international has permission to undergo a medical before completing the transfer.
City revived their pursuit after Liverpool rejected their Cody Gakpo bid. Tottenham had previously agreed terms with Everton for Ndiaye, but that route stalled as Richarlison failed to agree a return to Everton, allowing City to move ahead.
