Ipswich Town have completed the signings of winger Julio Enciso and midfielder Abdoul Ouattara from Strasbourg on five-year contracts. The combined package could reach £47.3m as the newly promoted club continues a major summer rebuild before its Premier League return.
Enciso returns after a previous loan spell at Portman Road, while Ouattara follows manager Gary O’Neil from Strasbourg. Their arrivals take Ipswich’s summer spending to about £150m across 12 major signings, underlining the scale of preparation for top-flight survival.
