Hull City have serious interest in Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin, but an offer around £12m to £14m is expected to fall short. Rangers are believed to value the Belgium international at more than £20m this summer.
Raskin remains with Belgium at the World Cup, while Bologna are also admirers. Rangers hold a strong negotiating position after his 145 appearances since 2023, leaving Hull needing a much larger bid to test their resolve.
