Barcelona acting president Rafa Yuste said the club are preparing legal action against Real Madrid and Florentino Perez over renewed Negreira case claims. Madrid recently sent UEFA a dossier asking for an investigation into alleged referee-related payments.
Madrid’s document reportedly calls for UEFA to consider sporting sanctions, title stripping and possible European exclusion. Barcelona deny wrongdoing, maintain the payments were for referee analysis, and accuse Madrid of using slander to destabilise the club.
