Falkirk signed teenage winger Paul McGovern from Glenavon on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. The 18-year-old scored eight goals last season and chose Falkirk despite other options in England and Scotland.
McGovern said Falkirk’s track record with young players shaped his decision after a strong Irish Premiership season. John McGlynn described him as a high-potential attacker who can play across the front line.
