Birmingham City forward Marvin Ducksch was handed a 14-month driving ban and financial penalties after pleading guilty to drink-driving following a three-car crash. A magistrate told the striker he was lucky to be alive.
The crash happened on Easter Monday after Ducksch had played as a substitute against Ipswich Town. He admitted driving over the alcohol limit and was ordered to pay fines and compensation following the court hearing.
