Hamburg are set to complete a double swoop for Arsenal midfielders Fabio Vieira and Sambi Lokonga, with Vieira joining on loan and Lokonga departing permanently after both failed to establish themselves at the Emirates. The Bundesliga club have reached agreements with Arsenal after both players struggled for form and fitness. Vieira, a €35m signing, was sent back to Porto on loan, while Lokonga, signed for €17.5m, endured injury setbacks at Sevilla.
