Crystal Palace, Real Salt Lake and Zavier Gozo

Crystal Palace are in advanced talks to sign 19-year-old Real Salt Lake wing-back Zavier Gozo for about £11m. No final agreement exists, but negotiations are progressing positively and the player wants an immediate European move.
Gozo recorded six goals and five assists in 16 MLS appearances after shifting from winger to wing-back. Palace view him as a development signing who can also add attacking depth during their Europa League campaign.
