Thierno Barry (Villarreal > Everton)

Everton have reached an agreement to sign Thierno Barry from Villarreal for €35m plus add-ons. The 22-year-old forward will sign a four-year deal, becoming Everton’s second summer signing.
Barry had a €40m release clause but Villarreal accepted a slightly lower fee. He scored 11 goals in LaLiga last season and will now compete with Beto after Calvert-Lewin’s departure.
