Crystal Palace have re-signed Aston Villa forward Evann Guessand on a season-long loan after the Ivory Coast international spent the second half of last season at Selhurst Park. Villa describe the deal as containing a conditional obligation to buy.
Palace describe the purchase mechanism as an option rather than an obligation. Guessand scored his first Premier League goal during his previous loan and appeared in Palace’s Conference League final victory after struggling for minutes at Aston Villa.
