Manchester City have had a second offer worth £120 million rejected for Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson. The package included £106 million up front plus add-ons and could have broken the English player transfer record.
Forest are holding firm as City intensify their pursuit after Bernardo Silva’s exit, while Manchester United are ready to step back rather than enter a bidding war. Anderson reportedly prefers the Etihad if he leaves.
