Philadelphia Union midfielder Cavan Sullivan set an MLS record for the most goal contributions by a teenager in one season. The 17-year-old reached 21 through seven goals and 14 assists as Philadelphia beat Chicago Fire 3-1.
Sullivan assisted Bruno Damiani’s winner and extended his run of goal contributions to 10 consecutive league matches. The Union also recorded an eighth straight win and stretched their unbeaten streak to a club-record 14 games.
