Premier League, Key Match Incidents Panel and Pro Ref

The Premier League will publish full Key Match Incidents Panel judgements on major refereeing and VAR decisions for the first time. It will also release selected direct explanations from officials and expand RefCam broadcasts featuring audio between referees and players.
The measures are designed to increase transparency around controversial calls while live VAR conversations remain prohibited by IFAB. The five-member panel reviews goals, penalties, red cards and other major incidents weekly, voting on whether on-field and VAR decisions were correct.
