Loic Bade has turned down a €30m move to Bournemouth despite Sevilla agreeing a fee, with Bayer Leverkusen now leading the race to sign the French defender. Bade, who earned a France call-up after joining Sevilla permanently, is also wanted by Sunderland but prefers Leverkusen due to their Champions League qualification. His contract runs until 2029.
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa)

Emmanuel Petit has urged Chelsea to sign Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, who is also a target for Manchester United. Villa previously rejected a loan offer from United. Martinez, valued at around £40m, could leave this summer. Petit believes he would be a great fit at Chelsea, praising his leadership, experience, and ability to inspire, despite prior controversies.
Eberechi Eze, Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace)

Ajax striker Chuba Akpom is undergoing a medical with Ipswich Town ahead of a loan move that includes a £7m obligation to buy if the club is promoted.
Although Birmingham City are in talks with Ajax and could still make a late move, Ipswich remain favourites to secure Akpom’s signature after hijacking the deal initially headed for Birmingham.
Carney Chukwuemeka (Chelsea)

Borussia Dortmund are negotiating with Chelsea over the permanent signing of Carney Chukwuemeka, following the midfielder’s loan spell in Germany last season.
The 21-year-old still has three years left on his Chelsea contract but is expected to move on permanently. Dortmund are keen to keep the player after a promising loan campaign.

Bundesliga side VfB Stuttgart are in discussions with Arsenal over the signing of Portuguese midfielder Fabio Vieira, who has two years left on his current contract.
Vieira spent last season on loan at Porto and appears surplus to requirements at Arsenal. Stuttgart are exploring a permanent move as talks continue between both clubs.
Jeremy Jacquet (Stade Rennais)

Arsenal’s bid for Stade Rennais defender Jeremy Jacquet has been turned down, with the 20-year-old opting to remain in Ligue 1 despite Gunners’ interest.
