The Toronto Raptors will not appoint a new president, instead extending Bobby Webster’s role as general manager. MLSE chief Keith Pelley said the review process confirmed Webster as the right leader, citing his championship experience and respected reputation across the league. Webster, one of the architects of Toronto’s 2019 title, will lead roster construction and basketball operations, supported by MLSE. Entering his ninth year as GM, Webster outlined his vision of competitive leadership and reiterated his goal to bring another championship to Toronto.
