Greece came from behind to beat Serbia 2-1 in Belgrade in their Nations League opener. Christos Tzolis cancelled out Andrija Zivkovic’s early goal before substitute Tasos Douvikas headed home the winner in the 95th minute.
Greece created 21 attempts before coach Ivan Jovanovic committed multiple forwards late in search of the victory. Douvikas converted Kostas Tsimikas’ cross to complete the comeback and send Greece top of Group A2 alongside the Netherlands.
