Hull City have condemned racist abuse directed at new signing Robinio Vaz after his season-long loan from Roma was announced on social media. The club deleted the post and said it is working with Humberside Police to identify responsible accounts.
Hull have also contacted the Premier League, Kick It Out and relevant social media companies while providing support to the 19-year-old striker. The club reiterated its zero-tolerance policy and urged supporters to report discriminatory abuse wherever it appears.
