Iliman Ndiaye, Richarlison, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton

Tottenham and Everton have largely agreed a deal for Iliman Ndiaye, while Everton have separately agreed terms in principle to re-sign Richarlison. Both transfers remain subject to remaining personal terms, medicals and final formalities before the deadline.
Ndiaye rejected multiple Everton contract offers and has also drawn Manchester City interest. Richarlison had already asked to leave Tottenham, making this a hard update on his situation, while Spurs are reshaping their attack after missing out on Cody Gakpo.
