Brighton and Everton are monitoring Torino midfielder Cesare Casadei after his strong Serie A season. The former Chelsea player has rebuilt his reputation in Italy with regular starts, six goals and growing Premier League interest.
Torino do not want to sell after paying around €13 million for Casadei last year, but a large offer could test their stance. Brighton and Everton are watching closely as both clubs seek midfield upgrades.
