he Huskies goalkeeper passed away after battling Stage 4 SMARCB1-deficient kidney cancer, ending a courageous fight that began in April 2025. She remained enrolled and present around the program, earning the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for her impact on and off the field. Community support swelled through fundraisers and tributes, including a special USL League Two kit benefitting her family. The university announced her passing, highlighting her strength and legacy within Husky Athletics and beyond, with teammates, fans, and peers honoring her example of resilience.
