Sol Sidibe (Stoke City)

PSV are in advanced talks to sign 18-year-old Sol Sidibe from Stoke City. The young midfielder is in the final two years of his deal and returned to action with England U18s in May.
PSV beat out Lille and a Premier League side by pushing hard to convince Sidibe. Stoke had previously rejected two bids, but talks are progressing with no issues expected on personal terms.
Lewis Baker (Stoke City)

Stoke have triggered a one-year extension for Lewis Baker after he scored six goals in 19 matches following his January return from Blackburn. He re-established himself as a key player under manager Mark Robins.
Baker impressed upon recall, helping Stoke narrowly avoid relegation. Goalkeepers Jack Bonham and Frank Fielding also extended their stays, while four senior players will depart the club this summer.
Erik Pieters (Derby County)

Derby County have signed 36-year-old defender Erik Pieters on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
The former Stoke, Burnley, and West Brom full-back joins after training with the team, following a recent stint at Luton. Pieters adds vital experience as Derby fight to avoid relegation from the Championship.
