Austin FC have completed the signing of Finnish international Robert Taylor from Inter Miami to strengthen their attack.
Taylor joins after recording 18 goals and 18 assists since his MLS debut in 2022. The move adds experience and creativity to Austin’s frontline for the remainder of the season.

Inter Miami CF have traded Finland international Robert Taylor to Austin FC in exchange for $750,000 in general allocation money.
Taylor made 91 appearances and scored 13 goals for Miami since 2022. Coach Javier Mascherano said it was a business decision and wished Taylor well as he joins second-place Austin in the Western Conference.

Messi is close to signing a new deal to extend his stay at Inter Miami until the end of 2026.
Talks are now in the final stage and the 37-year-old is expected to commit soon, continuing his journey in MLS after arriving in July 2023.
