Monaco have confirmed the signing of Eric Dier on a free transfer. The England defender will sign a three-year deal running until June 2028.
Dier leaves Bayern after helping them win the Bundesliga. The 31-year-old joins Monaco following the expiry of his contract in Germany.

Eric Dier will leave Bayern Munich when his contract expires at the end of the season and has signed a three-year deal with AS Monaco.
After making just 13 Bundesliga starts under Vincent Kompany, Dier declined a new contract offer. He is expected to leave Bayern with his first career trophy if they clinch the Bundesliga title against RB Leipzig this weekend.

Eric Dier will leave Bayern Munich and join AS Monaco on a two-year deal after failing to agree on contract terms with the German side.
Bayern were unwilling to match Monaco’s offer of contract length, leading Dier to accept the Ligue 1 club’s proposal ahead of the summer window.

Bayern Munich are in advanced negotiations to extend Eric Dier’s contract by one more year, with both sides optimistic about reaching an agreement.
Despite being initially signed under former boss Thomas Tuchel, Dier remains a key defensive option under Vincent Kompany, starting 10 of his 18 appearances this season.
