Former Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has completed a shock move from AEK Athens to Monterrey in Mexico. The Frenchman has signed a deal through 2027 with an option for one more year, joining Sergio Ramos at the club. Martial’s stint in Greece ended prematurely after just one season, despite nine goals and two assists in 24 appearances. The ex-United star, once signed for €42m from Monaco, now begins a new chapter in Liga MX with Monterrey.
